Luxury Service In A Luxury Market

Luxury Service In A Luxury Market

I have recently contemplated more on the definition of luxury in real estate.

My team and I have honed in on the idea that luxury is as much a level of service (if not more so) as it is a price level.  We are striving to provide that feeling, that luxury level of service, to all of our buyers and sellers at every transaction price point.

In addition, the geographical definitions of luxury real estate are changing as well. When Forbes Magazine published it’s article this summer on emerging luxury real estate markets, it was clear the paradigm was shifting:  More and more buyers are looking at quality of life as the ultimate luxury choice.  No longer does luxury just mean Beverly Hills, Palm Beach, or the Hamptons…it might mean Bozeman, Montana real estate, or Portland, Maine!
